Corporate Logo & Small Lettering Digitizing
The biggest challenge in uniform embroidery is legibility. We are experts in small-font digitizing (even under 4mm). We apply advanced techniques to prevent letters from sinking into piqué or “bleeding” together. We guarantee sharp, professional logos for polos, oxfords, and aprons.
3D Puff (High Relief) Digitizing
3D embroidery isn’t just about adding volume; it requires entirely different digital programming. We create structured files specifically designed to cut and cover foam (EVA) perfectly. We design “caps” at the ends of columns to prevent foam from peeking through, ensuring a retail-quality 3D finish for snapbacks and trucker hats.
Insignia & Heraldic Emblems
Military and educational institutions demand the highest detail. We perform high-density punching for complex shields including color blending and fine iconography. We structure the file, so colors overlap without creating rigid bulk, maintaining the garment’s flexibility.

What file formats do you deliver?
We deliver files compatible with all industrial and domestic machines. Common formats include DST (Tajima), PES (Brother), EXP (Melco), JEF (Janome), HUS (Husqvarna), VP3, and XXX. If you use another file extension, indicate when requesting a quote.
How do you calculate the price?
Cost is based on design complexity and estimated stitch count, not just physical size. A simple line drawing costs less than a textured crest. Contact us for a fixed quote.
What is the turnaround time?
Our standard delivery is 12 to 24 business hours. Extremely complex designs (like jacket backs) may take up to 48 hours.
Is the file optimized for any fabric?
No. A design requires different digitizing for a hat versus a towel or a T-shirt. We ask for your material type to adjust underlay and pull compensation accordingly.
